Terms of use

Simple rules for using the site.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using herramientas-web.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What we offer

Herramientas Web offers free utilities that run in your browser. They do not require an account and impose no daily limits. We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time.

3. Permitted use

  • You may use the tools for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
  • You must not use the site for illegal activities, to infringe the rights of third parties, or to process content that you do not have the right to use.
  • You must not attempt to harm or overload the site, or to access it in an abusive automated way.

4. Your files and your responsibility

The files you process stay on your device. You are responsible for the content you use and for keeping copies of your originals: we recommend that you always check the result before using or sharing it.

5. No warranties

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to make the results correct, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose. Calculations, especially financial, employment, or tax-related ones, are for guidance only and do not replace professional advice or the rules in force.

The official figures some tools use (tax rates, brackets, minimum wages, holidays, and the like) come from government agencies and other third-party sources. We show them with their source and the date we checked them, but they can change, contain errors, or not fit your situation: always confirm the figure with the official source before you make a decision.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herramientas Web will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, including loss of data or profits.

7. Intellectual property

The design, texts, and code of the site belong to Herramientas Web or its licensors. The open-source libraries we use are governed by their own licenses. The files you process remain yours.

8. Advertising and third-party links

The site may display advertising and links to third-party sites. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them. See the privacy policy for more information.

9. Changes and governing law

We may modify these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
