Enter the watermark text.
Enter a color like #2447f5 or #24f.
Use a PNG with a transparent background so it blends in better. JPG, WebP, GIF, and SVG also work.
You can also drag the watermark on the preview.
Images are saved with the original name plus “-watermarked” and without metadata: the GPS location, date, and camera model are removed.

How to use it
- Drag one or more images into the box or select them from your device.
- Type your watermark text or upload your logo. Adjust the size, opacity, and rotation while you watch the result in the preview.
- Choose one of the nine positions, or drag the watermark wherever you like. With “Tile” it repeats across the whole image.
- Select “Apply and download”: you get each image with the watermark, or a ZIP if there are several.
Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. The watermark is drawn inside your browser, on your own device. Your photos and your logo never leave it.
Does the watermark look the same on photos of different sizes?
Yes. The size and the margin are calculated as a percentage of each image’s width, so the same settings stay proportional on an 800-pixel photo and on a 6000-pixel one. The preview uses a reduced copy, but the final file is processed at the original resolution.
Can I use my logo with a transparent background?
Yes. Upload your logo as a PNG with transparency (JPG, WebP, GIF, and SVG also work) and the alpha channel is kept. You can change its size, opacity, and rotation just like the text.
What does the tile mode do?
It repeats the watermark across the whole image, in alternating rows and at the rotation you choose. It is the hardest watermark to crop out or erase, so it is the one to use for photos you show before a sale.
Do I lose quality when I save?
If the photo is a JPG, it is compressed again when you save it, at a high quality (92 by default) so you will hardly notice. If you choose PNG there is no loss. Camera metadata, including the location, is also removed.
Can I watermark many photos at once?
Yes, up to 50 per batch. The watermark is applied the same way to all of them, each file keeps its original name plus “-watermarked”, and they download together in a ZIP. Use the thumbnails to choose which one to see in the preview.
How to choose a good watermark
- Subtle but readable: an opacity of 40 to 60% and a size of 20 to 30% of the width usually work well.
- With an outline: white text with a black outline is readable on almost any background.
- In a corner: it bothers the viewer less. In the center or tiled it protects more, because it cannot be cropped out.
- Logo as a PNG: use a version with a transparent background so it blends in with the image.
Watermarks and copyright
A watermark shows who the author is and discourages use without permission, but it does not replace registering your work. Always keep the originals without a watermark in a safe place.
